Alcatel One Touch Evolve Hard Reset

  • Hard Reset from configurations selection

A Hard Reset regenerates the unique factory configurations and may remove your individual files on the internal storage, such as saved material, ring-tones, pictures, applications, and connections. It does not remove files saved on the SIM card or SD card.

  • To execute a Hard Reset, follow these methods:
  • Backup all files on the internal storage.
  • From any Home display screen, tap the All Applications icon.
  • Tap Configurations.
  • Scroll lower to ‘Private,’ then tap Back-up and reset.
  • Scroll lower to ‘Private files,’ then tap Hard data reset.
  • Tap Reset mobile phone.

Notice: If the device is closed, stops, or does not responsive, you can execute a hard reset using the hardware control buttons instead of the selection.

  • Hard Reset with control buttons

A hard reset regenerates the unique factory configurations and may remove your private files on the internal storage, such as saved material, ringtones, pictures, applications, and connections. It does not remove files stored on the SIM card or SD card.

If the product choices are stop or does not responsive, you may master reset making use of hardware control buttons. To perform a hard reset, follow these methods:

  • Backup all files on the internal storage
  • Switch off the product
  • Take out the back cover.
  • Take out the battery.
  • Take out the SIM card.
  • Wait numerous secs then re-install the battery power and SIM card and switch the back cover.
  • Click and hold lower the Volume level up button and the Power key at the same time until a selection display screen shows up.
